Registration > Abstract & Poster SubmissionPreparing an abstract The invited and contributed presentations will be held in English (slides and presentations) to allow our foreign colleagues working in France to fully participate. We are thus asking you to prepare your presentation abstract in English using the template provided below and to submit it via the submission page. Posters will be available during coffee breaks in addition to dedicated sessions. Poster presenters will be offered the possibility to upload a short (3-5 minutes) video to present their poster on the PCMI Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBWnXM17IyLVQ_xNe0lpPyA). Recommended poster format: A0 (portrait) Submitting an abstractOnline submission for contributed talks and for posters will open on April 9th 2022 and close on May 9th 2022.
Only online submission is available.
To submit an abstract for an oral or a poster presentation: first connect to your personal Sciencesconf.org account by identifying yourself in the left-hand MY SPACE menu. If your are new to Sciencesconf.org, create an account and follow the instructions. Once connected, get to the Submissions page of the MY SPACE menu and follow instructions. Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format and prepared using the following template: Those who applied for an oral presentation will be informed by mail before beginning of june if their abstract has been accepted by the scientific committee. Abstracts that are not selected for an oral presentation will be offered the possibility to present a poster instead. |
